# About me
Hey. Well I'm not sure what to write, so I'll be a bit lazy and just copy and paste my about me thing from my gaia account. I know it's not much, but it's something. I am known by many things over the internet, so call me whatever you know me as. I'm a huge fan of anime, alway have, always will be. My first anime, I'm not sure, but I do remember watching such titles as Dragon Ball Z and Sailor Moon when I was little. The first anime I actually got into was Inuyasha, which I got into around the time I was in 2nd grade. I know that is pretty young to have started on adult swim, but I didn't care and neither did my parents. Inuyasha introduced me to the concept of anime, so even though I'm certianly not as into it as I used to be, I will still cherish the memories I have of it. I watched during that time some nice anime such as Trigun, Kikader, Case Closed, Rurouni Kenshin, .hack//SIGN, Rockman.EXE (Which I know is called Megaman NT Warrior in the US, but I have since abandoned that name for it since I like everything about the Japanese version better and the Japanese series ran for more than 2 seasons. Still annoyed at Viz for dubbing that series so horribly...) Yu Yu Hakusho, and a few others that I can't remember. Then the first anime I got truely obsessed with was, as some may know, Yu-Gi-Oh. I love it for reasons I'm still sometimes unsure of, but it was and still is my favorite anime series. In case anyone ever wants to ask, I love Yu-Gi-Oh, but I hate all the spin-off series, except for Capsule Monsters, Yu-Gi-Oh R, nd Yu-Gi-Oh Zexal. Since then, I have watched a few other good series, but not nearly as much. Not sure why, but I think it's because anime is somehow getting worse in my opinion. Anyway, some of the anime I've watched more recently include Ouran High School Host Club, Astro Boy (2003), Romeo x Juliet, and I think a few others, but I can't remember. I'm also into Yu-Gi-Oh the Abridged Series because LittleKuriboh is a comical genius in my opinion and it gives me a reason to watch more Yu-Gi-Oh. I'm not much of a manga reader, but I do read it when I can. I've read the entire Rurouni Kenshin series, the first Yu-Gi-Oh manga series, and not much else. I do have a subscription to Shonen Jump magazine though, which I got for Yu-Gi-Oh. Sadly, Yu-Gi-Oh ended 3 issues into my subscription, but I continued to get it anyway and that's how I found my favorite manga series, Karakuridoji Ultimo. First of all, Karakuridoji Ultimo is the first manga I ever got into or even read before an anime was made for it. Secondly, Ultimo is the first manga I ever read before getting popular. I am a total collector and otaku for Ultimo. I hate having to wait for an anime series to come out for it, but it's good in a way. Since it just started in 2009 in both Japan and the US, it will take at least a couple of years before an anime is made. With this time in my hands, I plan to learn Japanese so when the anime does come out, I don't have to wait for fansubs that might end up crappy and inaccurate anyway. (anyone that has seen the yellow Yu-Gi-Oh subs will know what I'm talking about) I even cosplayed Ultimo and I am the first person in the US to cosplay Ultimo. (Since I have not been disproven on this yet, I shall say it proudly. When and if I am proven wrong, which I likely won't, then I shall change. XD) I don't think I have anything else to say at the moment, so I shall leave this alone for a while since I am satisfied with it. ^^Favourite genre of music: Mostly stuff from my favorite shows/games

lol. Nice. I still prefer my own, but nice. Now that I think about it, I should probably get visors for my cosplay. But, for now, I think I might try doing his human form instead because it would be a bit easier to move and a more comfortable alternate to that costume. XD

lol. Well, I got it over Christmas break, and it was incredibly easy to beat, for me that is. XD I beat both Shadow the Hedgehog and NiGHTS Journey of Dreams in 5 days, though the latter is counting all the unlockables, so I believe I had beaten the main story about two days prior. XD

Yea, and that's just the sequel. I beat the original (or rather, the ps2 remake of the original) on an emulator in one day. That was with getting all A ranks. And, I'm only a master at some games, like NiGHTS. XD Plus the fact that normally once I get a game, particularly around Christmas, I get the urge to beat it with the large amount of free time I had. I mean, for the first few days of having Ocarina of Time 3DS, I was averaging about 9-10 hours a day. XD

Yea. It's my first and only cosplay, plus, it wasn't exactly at its best that day. :/ It's normally looking a lot better, but yea. A lot of people liked it though. XD The gauntlets were falling off that day too, so I fixed that after I got home that day. As I said, it normally looks a lot better, but I had a lot of problems that day.

Um, personally I felt awesome. I loved being dressed as Ultimo. Plus, it's how I met one of my best friends. I actually wish I could walk around all day like that. XD I got some stares from people on the streets and I went into an ice cream shop after the first time and this man pointed to me and told my son "Your hair's going to be like that" and I just laughed. I would have worn it to school or something, but Ulti's outfit is too revealing for my school's dress code.

Yes, I met him in person. Um, he looked like Dunstan with shorter hair. XD Though, I didn't get a really good look at him because I was in my cosplay and I didn't have my glasses on. lol. But, yea. I met him at my last anime convention, since the New York Anime Festival and the New York Comic Con were combined last year. That's the only reason I went to the Comic Con section of it, since I'm not a huge comic fan. What's awesome is because I was dressed as Ultimo that day, I not only got my volume 1 signed, but I got a signed copy of volume 2 and a signed Ultimo pin.

Yep. I hope to posibly see Stan Lee at the New York Comic Con this year, but if not, I can at least say that I met him. He's the first celebrity, and currently the only celebrity, that I have met in person.

Hey i saw ur journal entry on the ultimo cosplay at the new york anime festival and comic con. Im so jealous i was there and i didn't c u. What days did you go? I went all three days. On Sunday i also went as Ultimo. I was goin for the sunday free ticket thing in the morning. I was there at 5 waiting in line. Sadly i didn't get a chance to get a ticket. It crushed my dreams so badly. I was ready to cry. Im happy for you to actually meet stan lee. Im just goin to give up and buy one of those 400$ ticket just to c him. Cuz waitin in line with a small top gets really cold especially when the doors open at 7 . And me and my sis and 2 otheres are goin to cosplay as ultimo, Vice, Yamato, And k i was goin to have my other friends cosplay as miliu sophia service and jelousy but they all ruff looking men XD so yeah were goin to at the animenext 2011. lol. Yes. I went on Saturday. XD I would have went more, but sadly that didn't happen. I'm going to animeNEXT too, well, if everything goes according to plan. Also, I would be there with my future Vice cosplayer that I met at the con. XD I really need more people to cosplay the others, but I can never seem to find any Ultimo fans and I don't really know any fans of it irl besides my Vice cosplayer. Sorry that you're jealous that you didn't see me, but I was not looking my best that day anyway. I do have the best out of the pics taken on my deviantart, if you didn't check it out already. XD (And in case you didn't know, I am the first Ultimo cosplayer in the US. Well, I don't know for sure, but I haven't been proved wrong yet. XD) I do have to say that my gauntlets were so much better than the time before that, so I'm really glad I had those made. X3 (Even though they were kinda hard to put on and kinda heavy, it was worth it.

oh wow nice. we should totally meet up. i also want to join in the ultimo cosplay group sounds fun. But the only thing bout me is that i only go to 1 or two convetions in a year. i work during the weekends so its usually nearly impossible for me to go for all 3 days

Yea. I actually only go to 2 cons a year too. (Specifically NYAF and animeNEXT. Sometimes I don't get to animeNEXT, but I always get to NYAF.) You'd really join my group? Sweet. So far, I only have Ultimo (myself) and Vice. (a friend of mine I met at my last con, though she doesn't have her costume just yet since I haven't gotten to work on it.) I live on Long Island, about an hour or two away from both the cons I go to, but the long ride is well worth it. XD It would be great to have Service or Desire. That's nice that you're willing to cosplay someone else. So, Then that means we'll have to choose which of the two you will be, I need to know whoever your sis is going to be, and I will need to know if you will try to make the costume or if I should. I also have someone that can hopefully make gauntlets for the rest of us, though there will be a price we need to pay. For my gauntlets, I payed $70 for or something like that, so if you could get that kind of money saved for a set of gauntlets (more if there's more karakuri douji cosplayers) for whichever character you're going to be, then I can probably handle whatever other expenses. Also, if we can get at least one person in the group to cosplay a human, that would be great since the gauntlets, at least mine, are kinda difficult to put on without someone's help. XD I know it seems like a bit much to pay that much for a pair of gauntlets, but the quality is well worth it. I mean, another Ultimo cosplayer I know made hers out of paper mache and they ended up getting broken in a glomping incident. XD I'll need to get in contact with my gauntlet provider again so I can let her know I need more gauntlets. XD And I need to somehow make visors sometime, since that's really the only thing my costume is lacking.

[link] alright so the link for my ultimo cosplay. i didn't take many pictures so u can't really c the detail. i made my own gauntlets it took me a short period of time to make well my whole costume had to be made in less than a month so it isn't the best. but i'll be re making it for anime next. not deh hands. i don't want to relive the same nightmare of making them. though it is a little easier to make now that i know wat to do. but thank you for the willing help. and i have K so vice would have a master. and a hopefully yamato if i get him to like ultimo.

Nice. That cosplay is really good, actually. Probably one of the best that I've seen. It looks like the gauntlets would make things a bit difficult. Mine are similar except for the fact that the hands look more like the original pic of Ultimo, but the hands are separate from the gauntlets so I could always make another pair of hands. I can hold stuff with my hands, but not too well. I'm going to try remaking my costume for animeNEXT too because, though only slight, there are some imperfections I would like to work out. I figure for now I'll skip trying to make visors until I can find a really good way to make them and make them stick to the sides of my head. The doji can hide their visors, so it shouldn't be too much of an issue. XD Anyway, if you want to join my group as Service or Desire as you said, you would need to make a good cosplay for them. Of course, you can still cosplay Ultimo if you want, but for the group you will have to be someone else since I'm Ultimo. If you do Service or Desire, you need to know the correct color scheme for them, which hasn't been released in the US yet, but has been seen in the Japanese. I could give you the link to the picture of them if you want, unless you want me to make that costume for you. ^^ If I do make your costume though, I would need your measurements to make sure it fits you properly. Tell me who we have so far so I can make note of who's in the group and which characters do not have claims made to them yet. XD Do you know how tall this to-be-Yamato is? It doesn't matter too much, but I'd like my Yamato to at least be taller than me so it looks real. I'm 5 foot 5 1/2, so I'd like for my master to be at least somewhat taller than me, though getting any master should be fine.
