I'm just getting started at the moment.

I finished reading "Wrappings and Trappings". It definitely had a voice to it that gave it more personality than what I often find, and I enjoyed the interplay between Telyn and Umga. It was clear that they were much more than just props for tickling scenes and I respect that. Good characters make good lees in my opinion.

Overall, I didn't need to see your massive gallery to know that you've got quite a bit of writing experience. Nice work.

It was also amusing since I've also been doing some recent writing in a D&D-inspired setting much like yours, with a pair of characters somewhat like yours as well. I thought it would be fun to read, compare and see what I might be able to learn from it. 

Anyway, with the staggering selection I now have before me, are there any favorites you'd recommend?

D'aw thanks! Might wanna check out "Colorful Beginnings" as it's the first story I wrote in that series and had a bit of an explanation of the characters. Other than that, have at it! I have several fantasy serieses, one "real world" series (set around a group of D&D players, actually), and a handful of fanfic. Enjoy!

Sorry, no can do I'm afraid. I understand where you're coming from. Wanting to see something happen differently in someone's story, or wanting to see some idea of mine get written out as a story was what got me into writing in the first place, long ago. 

Unfortunately, there are two issues. One is that I'm very busy right now. I'm about to tackle a 2-3 story commission with one of the artists on DA. Normally I stay away from commissions, preferring to write out my own ideas, but this was from an artist whom I actually Watch on DA, so it was pretty exciting.

The other thing is, well, among us writers and artists here, there seems to be a rule against taking requests. Not a Deviant Art rule. I won't get taken down for it. It's more like, "Don't do this or you'll probably regret it later." I'm guessing it's the concern that taking a request now will get me flooded with requests from others later. Setting boundaries is important since there's only one of me, so things can get a little bureaucratic at times.

So again, sorry. Hopefully the rest of my Mother Daughter series that I just finished submitting today can help fill that void for you.
