Thats fine, I think 25 is pretty reasonable for the hats I make, especially if you're requiring different colors. To make the DJ pon-3 hats it cost me about $20 in material + 3-4 hours per hat. The only other hat dealer I know is a girl from Norway (who I must say makes AMAZING hats) but she charges $60 per hat + $10 shipping to the US.

Pinkie pie will be quite experimental for me also because to get her hair Im imagining I'll have to make a large design and stuff it so it will stand up. It will be like a mo-hawk hat but instead of a mo-hawk: Pinkie pie hair. It would be interesting
