In response to the photo usage coment, yes Resa you have a right to have those pics up. I've been shot by EurobeatKing a few times and he has rules for photousage, which are the model has as much rights to the photo as the photographer. ONLY the model and the photographer have rights to the photo. A model may not use photos, or use them limitedly only if an agreement has been reached BEFORE the photos were taken. Don't know what agreement you had with the photographer but that's standard law for cosplayers and their photographers.

If some guy was giving you crap about having photos up that he took, but you were the subject of, that's just bull. I see lots of photos here on DA, and usually what the model and photographer do is link the other. If you posted the photo, you'd say something like "Model: me. Photo taken by:" and add the person's name and DA user name if it applies. Same thing if he posted the photo instead.
That's how I've seen it done anyway. I don't know why a photographer wouldn't want his works advertised (unless he wasn't getting credit maybe), but then, he may be a moron?

Well, the bitch of it is that, as the model, Resa has some rights to the photographs, which include displaying them. This is particularly noted if you did not enter a formal agreement with her. Also, so long as she has stated that she was not in fact the artist herself ("a friend took them for me"), she has avoided any claim that she is steeling your work.
Face it dude, you have your rights, and she has hers. Sorry
