Could you comment on my journal poll? I'm trying to write a story, and I need to have an unbiased opinion for one of the character's preferences. (Just go by the name that you like more, if you have to.)

Thanks "Doc" for the selection of "Smile In Red". This was my fourth attempt at pastels (I believe) and was more of an impressionistic feel than my regular pencil style. I believe I will try some more like this.

I learned right off that there was no "skin color" for pastel. Also color of skin is based on the color of the light and reflected light, which seems to be the main factor rather than the actual color of the skin. Once you view it that way it will seem easier than attempting to pick a color that seems like skin color. But listen to me, what do I know anyway?

Does that mean that you are still heading toward the "doc"? I hope so. While in High School I barely graduated. I guess I was not motivated. But while in college I had a 4.0GPA the whole time. I guess it was different when I had to pay for school and work full-time, there was the motivation. Keep up the great work.
So what part of NY? I lived in New York (Oswego) for a short while.

I was the same way in high school, I got bad grades and barely went, but then I hit college and I just take it very seriously now.
I'm in Waverly, NY about a half hour from Elmira.
