"Because I love you..." -wipes tear away and hugs me- "I may have five hearts katty....." -pulls away and he holds me by my shoulders to look me in my eyes again- "...but they all beet for you..." -and with that, Kakuzu pulled down his mask and kissed me roughly and passionatly-
