I've been well. Busy as hell, but doing fine. Still going to OU. Been teaching a lot of art classes lately and selling art, you know, the Bohemian life. I'm flying out to Mexico this weekend for a much-needed vacation. xD

hi there I was browsing through your beautiful watercolors and your koi fishes are wonderful! I was wondering if you could give me some advice on how to draw them with watercolor. I am making a poem that would involve 2 koi fish and would like to draw them before the 11th of july.

I learned most of what I know from books actually, so I'd recommend going to the library and looking for Chinese Brush Painting, Sumi-E, etc. There's all kinds of really good books on it... I don't have much advice except practice and try not to get frustrated!

Finished my 4th year, already taking intersession classes which isn't so fun. Next semester I should finish my psychology degree and after that I'm going to focus on the art.

Sure. You have to go to med school to become a psychiatrist to make any kind of money... A psych bachelors is equally or more useless than an art degree.
