I just wanted to let you know that I loved your Dramione fic! This was my favorite line: "Draco had desired Hermione in the most careful, secret and loving way any enemy could ever love someone that loathed them."
It didn't seem /quite/ realistic to me, certain things - like how easily they were able to talk, for instance, and for some reason Hermione calling Ron 'sweetie' didn't seem right to me, but overall I really liked it! You should post it on dA~

Thanks very much! I re-read it last night (i'm currently abroad in england, so it would be last night for me) and i found a few things i didn't like either. Like I think Draco was a little emo, and he was very open in general--which i don't think he would ever be in this kind of situation. I think I'll never really be satisfied, if i keep going back and looking at my work. I'll post it on DA, but I think i might change a few things, and if i do that, I'll just keep revising. haha. My writing has improved since i wrote that piece. I'll post some more recent things soon.
Your line is one of my favorites too. I remember i was thrilled when i wrote that. I wanted every word to count, and that's one of the few sentences that i think does the job. I think my favorite part is the last paragraph, where Draco finds that he is stronger because he fell in love with a Gryffindor. "It was very un-Slytherin of him to do so, but after loving a Gryffindor like Draco did, he realized more and more that she had rubbed off on him. He knew that letting go, letting himself be what was kept hidden had indeed been stupid, but he knew that he would never have changed anything if he had the chance."
What's the fanfic community like here on DA, specifically HP? I only write HP fan fiction. I'll admit, i'm not a huuuge D/H shipper, and that story was more of a challenge for myself when I wrote it. I like it a lot more than other non-canon pairings. I like the canon parings more, but lately Scorpius/Rose is my favorite. I'm working on a huge project with those two. The chapters are long and intense, but its really fun. The math i mentioned earlier has a lot to do with this story. Anyway, thanks very much for your feed back about Letting Go, I really appreciate it.

Well, getting any writing here on dA noticed is a challenge for sure, but if you can put in the effort to try and get the word out, there are some really dedicated fans on here. C: It just takes a little work to find them. I'd suggest joining some HP fan clubs and/or some fanfiction/writing clubs here on dA to help spread your work around.
