Actually, I much prefer living on foreign ships. I stayed for eight days on the Charles de Gaulle, France's carrier, and life was good. But I appreciate the compliment. I'll be watching.

Often times I am spent looking for a place to begin, whereas here I have far too many options available to me. The answers are far to obvious to someone like me to explain to their accessability - sometimes it's just right in front of us - so the situation being what it is, I am going to take the easy way out and simply let you know what I think of you.

Heather, you are a victim of a passive/aggressive mindset. You have on several occasions berated me for not leaving you and once I do, you lay into me for not fighting for you. Since the begininng, I have respected your wishes. You didn't want to talk anymore and I hung up the phone. You said 'end of discussion' and I stopped talking. I have let you be when you asked me too, I have stopped talking when you told me to shut up, and I didn't retaliate when you punched me in the face and chest a dozen times. Though I did file a police report and opted not to press charges.

By your own admission, you have used our daughter as weapon against me, decided you don't want to be a mother anymore, assaulted me on two seperate occasions, you react out of anger and momentary hostility and so on and so on ad nauseum...

Your behavior has only contributed to this never-ending mentality and only increased my desire to have as little association with you as humanly possible while maintaining a relationship with my daughter.

You have no sense of social grace, tact or dignity as evidenced by your postings on this public domain forum. Granted, before you posted this diatribe you did not know it was my father viewing this medium on his own behalf using my access, by nevertheless, you felt it necessary to speak out and attempt to embarass me in a public setting. This is tragic for more reasons than I can begin to describe.

Your behavior is of ill-repute. I am currently up to date on all child support payments - this alone will be all a judge needs to grant me visitation rights to our daughter. Unlike you, I was present during all the precedings my mother and father endured and I have researched every avenue of legal course in my own situation. Did you really think I was going to get headlong into this without studying every course of action available to me? I am currently a member of three single father organizations, have the legal backing of those organizations, and a police report indicating that you are clearly not able to keep a handle on your sophmoric emotions.

I have broken no criminal or civil law. This is an undisbutable fact that you will confront sooner or later and probably while facing a member of the Maryland bar association.

You have sent me devart note after note in an effort to embarrass and publically harrass me. As this is public domain and I have no genuine recourse, I must tolerate your ill-conceived manners and outtbursts, but no longer.

Nevermind that you believe it or not, you are in dire need of professional care. You are incapable of love in the capacity that any functional person may need including myself. You know this and, more to the point, admitted as much to me. You assaulted me because I did not agree to enter into a relationship with you again.

That said, I harbor no ill will toward you. I genuinely wish you the best in all that you do, but you will drag me down into the contemptable slums in which your mind resides.

You said to me via text message to not flatter myself regarding my personal life. That's an interesting proclamation from a woman who consistently and insistenly mentions my private life in conversation. It always seems to be a topic on your mind. You bring it up constantly.

Who I invite into my bed has and always will be a private choice. I have broken no fidelity laws of any kind, nor are my actions grossly inappropriate. But they are mine. You seem to be under this fascinating idea that I bed women by the dozens and I am a whoremonger. Believe what you will, Heather. I am not going to waste my time disputing your unvalidated claims. Live you life as you see fit and allow me to live mine. That is a cornerstone of liberal thinking, by the way.

In short, I wish you to handle any personal conflicts in a private forum. If not, I will lay waste to you. Darling, you haven't a clue as to what you've gotten yourself into. While you make absurd claims based on what your ideals, I am ssured by what I know to be legal fact. And in the world in which I live, the legal fact is the only fact.

Don't bother retorting in some haphazard, shortsighted way. If you want play this game with me, keep in mind that I am a pro. Amateur night is tomorrow night and you, darling, are an amateur. Keep your emotions under wraps, Heather and you may have chance at weathering this storm with a shread of your dignity in tact. If not, well, you can imagine what kind of hell that will play on your psyche.
