It doesnt matter if she loves him back, he's still classified as a pedo/ephebophile and can still be arrested. shes under the age of consent and he is older than that age by 7 years. a pedophile is someone who goes after pre-pubescent kids. what he ACTUALLY is, is an ephebophile; someone who goes after pubescent kids that are still under the age of consent. he can be charged for having that type of relationship with her. And it doesnt matter if she loves him back or not, he would still be charged and labeled as a sexual predator and so would she.
