Love your style. You are one the artists around here who are inspiring me to do more work.

I am trying to learn digital painting, having a background that is more in drawing and acrylics. I've done quite a bit of digital work, but it's mostly been fairly dry illustration for my day job.

Benjamin! Dude! That was incredibly awesome of you to say; I can't possibly thank you enough.

You should totally use your background and bring it into digital. The more you know the better. I prefer to draw on paper Then scan. Starting out with the basic stick figures and building them up still works for me. Let loose coloring digitally though; there's no mistake you can't correct.
