As a teenager I use to be all about the art, but as I got older and more focused on work/relationships and whatnot I got away from it. After being hit by a drunk driver and being unable to continue doing the work I was doing I got back into it. A lil frazzled. I had a meeting with the group that is hopefully going to fund me for school, but they needed me to jump through a bunch more hoops, so what I thought I was done doing I have to do more of lol. It will all be worth it if they fund me.

Lol, I go to Capilano University for their 2D Animation program so I don't know about Emily Carr, but school is good...the work load (for my program anyway) is insane and just gets worse each year XD I didn't have a life last year. I had maybe six weekends off and the rest were spent at school about 24/7. It's fun though, you become family with your classmates

6 weekends off? My kids and fiance are gonna HATE me lol. Oh well, it will all be worth it in the end. We are the lucky ones who have a talent and are pursuing it. Too many people get caught in the Trappings of day to day life to actually follow a dream. As for making a family with the others in class, I hope I'm not too much for them lol.
