From the point of view of a girl- there should be more guys. It can show of a guy's body as well or better than, say, Sephiroth.

There are a couple of male cosplayers in the Kuja-FC.

Then cosplay Sephiroth. If you've got a tight budget you could try Fou-Lu from Breath of Fire IV. He also has long white hair much like Sephiroth's.
