# About me
time to move on here, this site is in memory of the one who started it some 4 plus years ago. there will be new postings from time to time as I the current caretaker has time to post up works, but as I maintain my own DA site and work a full time job it does not leave the time to do much. Sharon43210 had more time to do works as she did in her own fashion, just page the back lot and look over the world as she thought it should be# Comments

Hi Linna et al,
I've just completed my very first visit to this gallery. Ashamed that I hadn't been clued into it years ago, so that I could have corresponded directly with Sharon.
(And, by the way, today I also for the first time completed a thorough visit of Sharm-star20k's gallery--yours, right, Linna? Enjoyed it a lot.)
This gallery is an historical treasure, in many ways. It references and comments on our pop cultural history with gentleness and humor. It celebrates other artists in many media. And it brings certain cultural icons right into the present, through homage and acknowledgement of their demise.
In addition, this gallery is really amazing in that it takes one concept, one trope--back-to-back CID--and explores the hell out of it. Sharon's many versions of her original concept are featured throughout, but also included are so very many other artists' versions, especially artists from dA. This alone makes this collection outstanding, a reminder of the impact an artist with a compelling vision can have on others.
Linna, I'm noticing that since Sharon's death you've been maintaining the gallery in fine fashion. A lovely gesture. You've added a fair amount of your own recent work from your own gallery, and I'm fine with that. But since your own work stays away from themes of distress, peril, and bondage, its presence here changes the nature of this gallery. On the other hand, it's clear that you can do bondage-oriented drawings, since there are some from you early on in this gallery. So I'm wondering whether you would be willing to contribute new images on this theme in this gallery (as opposed to your gallery). I'll just bet that you could do a back-to-back CID just fine, and it would add to the celebration of the concept here.
In any case, thank you Linna for maintaining Sharon's gallery and allowing us to continue to appreciate what she's been able to do.
I promise to visit again soon.

thanks for your time to view the offerings this site has to offer, I helped Sharon to set up this site years ago and maintain it in memory of her, I have done some bondage pieces as a fave to Sharon but I don't do them as a rule - I do my own thing and since I have just got a new job I have little time to spend on my own ideas which are high my the ever important to do list
