Sup dudes, I'm Shannon and i am currently 16 years old and i go into my last year of school (S6) in a week and 2 days. I have sat my highers (A levels in England but i dont know what they are in the US) and am currently awaiting my results...gah...scary!!! when i start school again, I will be studying 3 subjects-Advanced higher music, advanced higher art and design and i am doing jewellery design for this year, and higher religious, moral and philosophical studies (RMPS for short but we just call it RS) must say that i am rather looking forward to it! my plans are to go to Edinburgh Napier University to study popular music and hopefully get my hons. degree. i love edinburgh and cannot wait to move there...i feel like if i dont do it in the next two years, i dont think i ever will!!
I have a great interest in music...in fact, it is my life and i wouldnt have it any other way...it gets me through when i am down and its the way i was born!! i often gig professionally and i love it...not just because i enjoy what i do but i also like to see the enjoyment on the faces of friends at the local gigs and the excitement on faces of people at the various weddings, birthday parties, anniversaries and many, many more gigs we play! gives you a sense of achievement when you know someone is enjoying your work!
i enjoy art also from time to time (hence why i am on here) and i would call myself a decent artist...im not a particularly good artist but at least if i draw a cat, it looks like a cat and so on.
I dont exactly have much of a life story yet, because i am only 16 and i havent quite figured myself out yet and my 'favourites' keep changing but thats part of growing up i suppose!!

Favourite genre of music: classic 80's rock mostly but i like most music genres...not a fan of rap and artificial dance shit though
