the two monitors?
you need a video card that supports it
you dont need a high grade one
*shrugs* you just need patience to go shopping around for a great deal

But... but... how? I just... how would you do the cables for that... or anything. I think I might be lost on what exactly it is. I'm picturing just 2 monitors sitting next to each other but from the images you have it doens't seem right... I don't know... maybe I'm just tired. :P (Lick)

eheh okay, well you need a powerbar *electric source, eheh* preferably with a breaker on it, and a video card that has two plugs for monitors on the back of your tower (if you have a PC.... boo macs, lol *macs are okay, kidding)
my main 21" monitor is right in front of me, while my little 15" is up on a stand on my right, i have wires long enough to support them both ^_^
the wallpaper?
it doesnt matter how far appart your monitors are, >_>;; , the wallpaper needs to be set to "Tile" on your desktop preferences, and to the right resolution of your monitors for it to spread like that (trial and error, lol)
i put all my music, chat and whatnot on my little monitor when im photoshopping and cg-ing, along with my pallettes so that i have an unobstructed view of the piece that im working on *i hate clutter on my desktop and open windows lol* ... hwo needs to minimize when you have two monitors? yay ^_^
