Heya sweetness! The You'll Deny Me Thrice one, and why I don't really like it. A discussion. hehehe.

I have of late, but wherefore I know not, lost all my
mirth when post-producing my digital images. I have devised my own techniques now, for colour stuff, to bring out the richness of colour, especially the theatrical stuff. My b/w techniques suffer terribley at these same hands. I find I tend to over compensate contrast and bleach my whites. I really put that one up to see if anyone would give some good hints at achieving a smooth, well contrasted picture without the loss of detail in the lighter areas without having to painstakingly burn back in the detail.
However, it seems that people like the effect. heheeee. More the fool I, for not seeing the forest for the trees!

And on another note, when are we to see some new Shpanky Magick? Eh? My withdrawl pains are almost repleat. I crave.

My problem was that I have about 70 that all look like that - same lighting and colours.. I think I lost any perspective of what people would want to see. There was another one he liked more (a DTF cert he told me) but I think I shall keep that one under wraps for now, until I can mess it up a little.
