Did a test of your goosebumps freebe.  Works great.  I also created a .dsf file that allowed them to be used like tattoos (one click) if you are interested.  I would be happy to share the template - might be more effort than its worth though: G3 and 8F versions; torso, arms, legs; standard and soft; that's 12 .dsf files to edit.  But you could create a product-like delivery.

If you won't be offended I could send you an image of my test.  Has larger breasts and as you mention creates some scale challenges.  I am curious how you deal with that.  I am imagining masks and a reduced scale/increased density over the breast area of the torso bump map in this case but I am thinking there might be seems.

Oh, I'm very interested to see your creations! That'd be great!

Deviant named SmidA460 already created this: Goosebumps for G3F+G8F by SmidA+TestRender  which offers some sort of one click solution to all of this.
But if you feel like sharing yours, please go ahead and do so. I don't mind.

Large boobs and extreme poses are an issue for sure.
I'd mask out the breasts and recreate the area from the dotmaps in better scale. Then go over the seams and make them look nice.
Gimp 2.10 brought us this excellent tool called Warp Brush. You can use that to fine tune the scale. The seams may come visible here and there, but the pattern is usually random enough to hide small crimes like that.
Breasts in the torso map take quite small area anyway, so it probably takes something like ten minutes to go over the edges of the masked area and remove/add individual bumps where ever the seam is too obvious.

Clone brushing more bumps to the breast area might also be viable option. It takes some time for sure, but it's often faster than one might think.

Hope this helps, Have fun!

TestR,

Thanks for the response.  This image was rendered on an older machine and used the CPU: took 40 hours.  You'll notice the breasts need some work and I'll have a go with your suggestions, thanks, later next week.  I'll let you know how I get on.

As for the approach undertaken by SmidA, it's way cooler than mine.  I hadn't considered doing the arms, legs and torso all at once.  I am not that good at JSON/DSON yet: pesky braces/brackets and the trial and error nature of it for me anyways makes it a bit difficult.

Always seems there is much more to learn.  Guess that makes it fun.  Best.

That's not too bad. It is a bit off scale but much less than I expected. You might get away with it just by using a little less of the bump layers...

TestR,
Thought I might share some results.  I installed the latest GIMP - did not have much luck with the Warp Transform tool.  I might have been going about it the wrong way.  I could get it to work at the pixel level - if you understand what I mean - but I could not get my head around how that would help.  Unless you were getting at fixing the seam.

I am using the LIE captures above to tell my story.

I have created a torso goosebump layer without breasts employing the harder goosebump source provided by yourself.  In this experiment I am not trying to create a seam between the breasts and the rest of the torso that accounts for the individual goosebumps on the seam.

The next step I have created a torso goosebump layer of only breasts employing the softer goosebump source and I have added it to the stack in the LIE.  I have hidden the previous step in this image in order to clearly show the breast image in the LIE.

Even the soft goosebumps on the breasts are a bit too aggressive in my test render.  But now I can control their opacity separately from the rest of the torso.  The image shows soft breasts image reduced in opacity to 75%.  Note how the intensity looks as though it could be all one goosebump layer.  The seam is all but invisible.

The combined result is shown in the render.  I think it looks really cool.  I like that it takes advantage of the careful work you have done around the nipples.  And in this pose at least there is no evidence of a seam.  Finally, it offers a lot of control by isolating the breasts.  (I could dial them back even more but I wanted to be sure you could see the results.)

Very nice product and thanks for sharing both the work and your comments.  Best.
