Saying something looks familiar is not pressing that you 'copied' me.

The Gugenheim (sp?) in New York looks VERY familiar to the Monona Terrace that resides on the edge of Monona Lake in my home town. Why? Because the same artist designed them both. ....Which is completely beside the point- but i- ....Wait, that doesn't help whatsoever. ..x3 Let's see.

A person could be wearing a shirt with a little girl with brown curly hair and a blue plaid dress. Another person could be wearing a sweatshirt with Shirley Temple on it. Look familiar? Sure- little girl in a cute dress. Copying? Depends on if you know who made the first shirt-which ever came first- and if your intentions were to make it look similar. Idea spark? Same thing. Only without the intentions to make it look similar. Though that example was quite vague, I'm having difficulty trying to prove my point, so bare with me x3

You and many others (if not just one) stated that you had never even seen my artwork before. Okey doke. But one pointed hat on a lop-eared dog looks familiar to any other. So, in short, I don't accuse you for trying to 'copy' me.


And beyond 'popular belief'.. and I've heard this before by the SAME person, and I believe they know who they are- I am QUITE aware that I am most definately not well known. That's a fact that I am capable of living with my whole life, whether I actually want to or not.. though it isn't a matter of choice, I'm a bit knowledgable of my .. erm... 'online social status', if I may put it that way. There is no need, for those of you who have, to prod at me about it.
