You're right ~shamegame, I shouldn't have used the word 'lame' in this context, there are still words in my vocabulary that have to be excised. That said, you shouldn't throw out what I said because of a mistake.

I am not a troll, I am pointing out the difference in privilege. You have a support group, you have friends and you have that added boost to your mental health. To me this seems like someone grasping at an identity and they might need a few friends and the support that comes with it. This is a privilege: the ability to surround yourself with people who care and support is something a lot of people, even here in Canada are denied.

This person did do something invasive, and you are correct to ask them to stop. I certainly won't ask you to be dishonest, but it is not okay to denigrate them: accusing them of unoriginality, uncuteness and lack of originality might seem harmless from your perspective, but it can be very harmful to those who lack.

I should clarify my position here, I am quite sure I know who has done this, they are an important person in my life who is really special and wonderful, but is stuck in a place where they cannot express themselves freely. I am talking to them privately to understand how this deviantart account came to be.

Instead of trying to understand where they are coming from and why they are doing it: you attack with harmful comments, never thinking about their perspective.

This person is going through a lot, and they are in a really unhealthy place. I am sure there is an explanation for this, but frankly your approach sucks.
