I Fave a lot more than I watch. If the artist says they'll be doing more of the work that I like then I'll Watch them but if not then I just Fave everything and leave. :3

I find groups better to watch because it's specifically the thing I want to see. If I just want Yuri artwork then I'll go Watch all the possible Yuri groups I can for instance. Just because an artist has some Yuri work doesn't mean that's all they post which means they may go on a posting spree of things that don't interest me at the moment.

I dunno, groups deter me a bit because the quality of the work isn't always the best. I also enjoy specific artists' styles. Like his style makes me all sorts of happy. I dunno, I prefer styles to art types because it's like a signature to the artist that says "This is my work and I don't need a watermark to prove it."

I like quality too but I'm not going to Watch somebody who did maybe one drawing of something I like and the rest is like....drawings of Lelouch or something. If I dislike Lelouch why am I going to Watch someone who pretty much only draws him even if the art style is good. I can comment on how good their style is on the drawing I DID like to let them know I like it rather than Watch them. =] I didn't mean 'type' of work necessarily I meant the subject or object of their work. Like yes something might be a Yuri piece but I may not necessarily like the females in it.
Often times I do comment on the artist's style on a piece of work I like more so than the people/object they drew but the people/object(s) are still something I like and not something I dislike like Lelouch/Code Geass or something.

I think my other thing is that I've also been here for four years, almost five now, so it's kind of accumulated as time has gone by. I've made some friends, found some pretty bad ass artists and found everything in between a little bit more interesting along the way. XD It's just been a long run for me here on DA and there's an ocean's worth of talent here.

I know. What you mean about the above but I don't end up watching certain artists who do that sort of thing. I watch a lot of people who are doing their own things. That's why I watch so many. I like them all. I watch maybe one or two initially for their fan stuff and then I end up just really loving how they draw things in general. Groups are fun but are usually for learning for me.

I made an account over a year ago but ended up forgetting about it. Overall I've been "active" on DA for a mere 2 years I just made this new account because I wanted a different user name. I wanted my user name to be "shoujo-ai" instead of girllove at the end but the account I messed up on that had that user name hadn't been inactivated by DA yet so it wouldn't let me. I'd make a new account but I don't want to have to lose everything and go through the trouble of finding all my Faves again. I like Faving more than Watching :3

True. I like journals. Meaningful journals. I always put my important stuff in my journals. Grr I wish they wouldn't make bottle caps with ridges. My index finger on my left hand is so torn up from it =[. Anyways, I will always have my account name this way I just wish I could change the girllove to shoujo-ai. It describes me =3 But if my mom were to see it she'd be like " -.- " "If the colleges see that they might not let you in!" or "If your future boss sees that they might fire you!" =/ So I figured if I used shoujo-ai I'd have a better chance of them not knowing what it meant lol. OH! I forgot to tell you! There IS one artist that no matter what he draws I still love it and I watch him because of his style. [link] He did this piece [link] "Like My Red Cape" which is what gave me the idea that Lukas should have tattoos. I tried to ask him in a comment if I could reference the tattoos on the girl for Lukas and give him credit but he hasn't replied back. But if I can't use his tattoos I've decided Lukas will have tattoos regardless.
