I tried working with pastels once.. that was.. interesting
I think I rely too much on my eraser.

See I hate using an eraser. So pastels work better for me and I can't draw a clean line so the smearing pigment helps.

Yes, but it's also slightly comforting, knowing that if I am ever homeless, as long as I can afford a match and a stick that I still will be able to draw with a medium I'm comfortable with.
And it's slightly discomforting how comforting that is at the same time.

My handwriting is illegible. Teachers usually just focus on trying to read what I wrote, they don't care if I spelled it wrong
