Please stop what you are doing now, to steal art from another person which IS copyrighted, is wrong.
Like said, whenever you steal the artwork that you have stolen, you not only put yourself at risk of losin' much money, but you're mainly putting Deviantart at a risk.
I don't care what you say to me that will "make" me change my mind on telling you that you shouldn't do this, but I just want you to see what you're doing to yourself and Deviantart.
If you continue to steal art that is copyrighted, you can either be sent to jail, or sued for about one hundred thousand dollars, which they will sue off of Deviantart as well.

No kissing, you can get sued for up to 100,000 dollars even if you're not earning money off of the stolen work. As said even defiant will get in trouble as you will for stealing art. Not sure if you’re aware of this, but it’s against the rules of Devinatart to post artwork that you did not create yourself. Every time you upload an image to this site there is a little copyright © automatically inserted beneath the image you upload. This is you legally stating you own the work you’ve uploaded. You’re putting yourself at risk for copyright fraud by claiming these images as your own. Should the original artist or company that owns your stolen images find out about this, you could be taken to court and could face up to 100,000 bucks for violating copyright infringement laws as well as time in prison. You also put DA at risk.
DA makes money off of ad revenue--ads that appear next to your stolen images. Ipso facto, Deviant art is unintentionally making money off of your stolen work. Should the original artist or company be alerted of this, they could file a lawsuit against DA itself. I love this website and I don't want anything to happen to it, but the frightening truth is that all it would take is a big lawsuit for it to shut down.
I wish you no ill will, but what you are doing is against the rules of this website and illegal. I hope you do the right thing and delete all the artwork you did not create yourself.

Why don't you have him remove his work or remove it yourself?! Are you NOT getting all this through your head? It's against the rules and he should be banned permanently if he doesn't knock it off NOW! His account has already been reported to several anti-thief groups and by countless people. It's really tiring trying to get you people to listen! Any responsible adult would correct their kids and raise them to be good people, not immature trolls!
