Yeah, I generally have a hard time keeping up with social network stuff. My deviantArt page is the most consistent I've been with updates and stuff, um, ever.

The "blessed be..." and the pentagram you're wearing. "Blessed be" is sort of a greeting and how we close rituals, and the reversed pentagram is for banishing negative influences.

Lucky you. I used to have a view of the American River, but the levee was rebuilt and now it blocks the river. Stupid public safety.

I love contrast in every aspect of my life. i always loved the extreme things, never the middle way )..About Eve, you are right...I think she was stupid. But let's not forget that she was fooled by a fallen angel, and Adam was fooled by a woman made from his own flesh. Eve was naive, Adam was an idiot

I'm all about the middle road. I like contrast visually, but I'm all Libran and indecisive and try to have everything both ways when it comes to life.
I try not to get into theological discussions, because it's really easy to offend people. But, from a feminist, pagan point of view, the idea of woman existing only as a companion for man, and not even as a separate being, but something created out of Adam's own flesh is insulting at best. Add onto that, the original sin enters the world through the fault of woman and woman is punished with the pain of childbirth in addition to mortality. It kinda makes me mad.

Sorry, I've been trying to work out some crap in real life and my mom hasn't been letting me use the computer for long periods of time (it's her computer), so it's a little hard to do a portrait broken up into half-hour stretches. Hopefully, I'll have it finished in the next couple of days, if no more emergencies pop up.

I never know whether to reference hearing or sight when it comes to talking online. And I actually worry about that kind of thing because I've got no life whatsoever.

Well, i hate them. They seem neverending. Indeed, romanian language is 70% latin and 30%has Slavonic origin. In all the countries around Romania are spoken slavonic languages. Dacia (romania of today) was a border colony Of the Roman Empire, and after the fall of the empire the romans all the army that protected the border and the roman colonists remained here. After that, we had no connection with Rome or Italy.
We were much close to Russia, especially after the world war II, when Romania became a comunist republic. I hope this isn't so boring

No actually, I'm fascinated. I've not taken a history class other than Art history, and even if I had, it would be invariably focused on the United States' role in that history. I like hearing about other countries' histories, especially as it relates to language. I really like getting into semantics and, if you ask my friends, I'm sure they would be very quick to tell you that I like lots of things most people have no patience for.
Telenovelas are neverending. They are ridiculous to the point of self-parody and will probably outlast the cockroaches at the end of the world.

romanian is my native language, i've studied english for 12 years, french for 8 years, spanish is popular here because of those soaps (my mom watches everyday) and i live near the border with ukraine, were people speak (almost) russian. So it's not my fault

Ha! Your mom watches telenovelas? Those things are awesome! They have the most far-fetched storylines AND I LOVE THEM.
Is romanian a latin-based language? I think I can recognize some words based on cognates, but I might just be talking out of my ass.

Wow, way to make me jealous. I know exactly one phrase in French and it's of absolutely no use to anyone ever. A friend of mine in high school attempted to teach me some Russian, but I didn't even get past Cyrillic before I transferred to another school. I DO know enough Japanese to get me free stuff at the local sushi joint, but not enough to make me look good if I ever go visit my relatives in Japan.
If you knew how to write perfectly in all those languages, I would have to do something drastic because I am a petty person.

You speak english better than I can speak any other language, so I'm really not going to nitpick. I have three years of spanish under my belt, but I can't remember shit. I'd love to learn a language and have it stick, but I'm fundamentally lazy.
