I wrote something similar on your sibling's page, but I wanted to put this somewhere that you would see it as well.
I apologize if you're feeling victimized - that was never my intent. I never meant to hurt your feelings, but please understand that your actions hurt my feelings.
You took a drawing that I spent a lot of time working on and put it up in your own gallery. You stole it from me, and that is considered art theft on this site and is illegal. It's like when someone copies off a test or plagiarizes your essay in school - same thing. It hurt my feelings that it happened and unfortunately I had to take the appropriate actions. I'm proud of the pieces of art that I do and I don't want anyone taking them and putting them up like they're their own.
I'm very grateful that you took mine down and I greatly appreciate it, but I wish you would take the others down as well. I know the other artists that you stole from will feel the same as I do: hurt, betrayed, and sad, and I would like you to remove them before you hurt their feelings like you did mine.
I want to emphasize again that I am sorry if your feelings were hurt in this process. Your sibling says that you won't leave your room and I'm sorry to hear that, but I didn't want to leave mine when I saw that my art had been taken by another.
This is a site to put up original pieces of art, not pieces where you crop the image or change the background and post it up on your own account. I appreciate that you liked my art and that you wanted to showcase it, but there are other avenues - in your favorites, in a feature journal, but your gallery is not the place to do it, otherwise this kind of stuff happens and deviantArt admins have to take action. I don't want it to come to that. I'd like to see you remain on this site and post your own works that you starts from scratch. That is what this site is for, and I'd like to see you blossom on it.

She needs to grow up and know this isn't acceptable. If she steals art, this is what she gets.

Fine. If she's eight, I accept the fact she was being foolish. But you have to close her dA account. There is no place for an eight year old on dA- you have to be 13 or older to even be allowed on the site.
I assumed she was older and knew better since she was on the site. Let this be a lesson to her.

I wanted to thank you for removing the picture that you stole from me. However, I'm sad that it took me calling you out on it for you to remove it. I also see that you still have many other pieces that you say are "not yours", so I just wanted to let you know how things work on this site.
This is not some photo upload site. People don't just upload photos that they think are cool or awesome. This is a site where people submit things that they have drawn or photos that they have taken themselves. Simply changing the coloring of it and putting "NOT MINE" in the comments does not give you permission to post this on your page. Your gallery is not your favorites. If you like something another artist has done, then favorite it. Your gallery is for things that you have drawn or written yourself.
Now, I'm giving you the benefit of the doubt here that you didn't know, which is why I'm being more lenient than I usually would. So I wanted to tell you how things operated on this site. I'd like to politely ask that you remove the others that you haven't drawn yourself, otherwise the deviantArt admins will have to take action because this is against the policies of the site.
