My cousin has a girl who is about 7 or 8 now (I don't know, I haven't seen them...or cared since she was 2). I always thought naming her Isabella was weird. I am betting that even though this was before Twilight everyone is going to think her mom is a Twilight fan calling her Bella. How...dorky. Good!

Ha! I, er, thought you were a Twilight fan when I saw the name at first, too. Sweating a little... Then the first thing I saw was you saying that you're not a fan. I laughed a little! I now know not to name any children (not that I ever want any) Jon Kevin Rowling or Jenny Kimmy Rowling and call them "JK" for short! Because those are my favorite combinations! :O (Eek)

And speaking of Twilight related on HP websites, why do people compare SM as the "next JKR," and why do most act as if you like one or the other (as if there are no other books out there)? I've read her books (don't laugh) and I am never reading anything she writes again. She's not the next JKR. She's definitely the "first SM." And can't you like or not like both?

YES! lol. I have read Twilight aswell, and loved it when i was younger... but then i read harry potter and realised how stupid Twilight was. She is definitely not the next JKR. You are right, there are a billion other books out there. I have other fav books (but HP is my all-time fave XD).I read all the time.

What I hate is the whole vampire craze. I like vampire books/movies, but now it you say you like vampires people assume you like Twilight *sigh*. Oh well.

Exactly! And now Twilight is thought of as the first ever vampire story. And if you go to bookstores you see, "If you liked Twilight you'll like..." and they have other classic vampire books that were out BEFORE Twilight. Some way before!
