I think its more cause and effect of funination. Goku's VA plus other north american VAs gave Goku such a heroic depiction it kinda screws up masako's original depiction.

Yeah, I always felt restricted to some rp's being you have to follow the rules of their world to an extent.  With a multi-verse themed role play I thought it would give people more freedom in creating the type of character they wanted even if it would be completely original or a fan-type character.

Just copy or if you have photoshop you can download the actual psd.file.  The just follow the instructions on filling out listed in the bottom.  And if have multi-forms, transformed states & etc. You can make multipule templates, but just be sure people can tell who is whoex: Base - form1 - etc.)

Indeed also I wanted to ask concerning character numbers, cause I don't mind making good guys but prefer bad guys, can you makema char for each side and play as one or the other at different times?

Not sure what happened to the dl link, but if you can copy/paste then that should work.  I'm not really caring on character limits right now since it's small, but a 2 character limit wouldn't be bad not counting form changes an buffs. As for sides, its what ever you decide, if you would like to have one good and one bad that's totally fine.
