just got my first star streak test up with the e-500. apparently we have an 8-minute max for time the shutter can be open.
and yes, i sat there with my arm resting on my knee and my finger on the shutter button for 8 minutes

what setting do you have to be in to allow the shutter to be open longer than 30secs?

i was on manual and set the shutter at bulb. it's one up from the 60-second exposure. and thanks for the "artist awareness" shoutout, it means a lot!
