mira yo uso gimp lo puedes bajar de aquí [link] yo tengo la versión 2.8 y mipaint que se puede bajar de aquí [link] los dos programas son totalmente gratis, no hay cracks, keygen, etc. O si lo que quieres es pasar un dibujo a digital, es decir haces tu dibujo en papel y luego lo quieres digitalizar lo del lineart lo puedes hacer con inkscape [link] cualquier duda que tengas con estos programas me puedes preguntar, aclaro no soy un gran experto en estos programas pero ahi veremos que sale :D (Big Grin)
