Easy enough, click on my name and then on my DA page click the little person icon with the plus sign that should be on the bar with the general info, gallery, etc links after the gallery stats and username information (Name, join date, pageviews, last log in). By clicking the link it should take you through the process of selecting what exactly you want to watch, like Gallery, Journal Entries, Scraps and Friends. If you keep everything checked, whenever someone writes a journal entry, posts a finished piece or a scrap (WIP) entry, then you'll get notified when you log in with a listing of new deviations from the folks that you're watching, new jounral entries, etc.
As far as our regular cons, we typically only go to Katsucon and Otakon. Katie and I actually work both as Security staff (well for Otakon this year we switched to Video Gaming). We are really hoping to get a hold of an Artist alley table at Katsucon and possibly Anime Mid-Atlantic. We might nudge Noelle to get a table for herself at Otakon since Katie and I won't have any real guarentee that we can get a long enough break from working to work a table as well.
