I can’t say anything about making 3D games, but I use Gamemaker Studio 2. It’s pretty good, and I think it has a free version

1. Yes I have actually. Recently as well so I'll go with that one. I recently watched this girl's youtube, seeing as their art was amazing. I soon found out that they were a year younger than me, making like 15 year old art. I felt very discouraged.
2. I kept going sense I know that what anyone else draws is their business, and that I should be proud of my own art and no one elses. No one should compare themselves to others
3. Never compare your art to anyone elses no matter how old they are.
4. I wouldn't say im really successful, but just have faith. It's all trial and error.
