Will I just love your work! It is truly amazing
I was wondering if you could inbox me some details of how I could start my own webpage for my artwork, since you already have a page...I have a publishing manager interested in my work so I should look at something more professional.

Hey Gabz!
Happy you like my work - honestly I am still in my blooming stage of photography and still have a lot to learn.
Okay, so you want a web page or website to display your work. You have a few options. You can use your ISP as your anchor. Quite literally your ISP should have given you a certain amount of webspace for you to use as well as a personal email that should end (for example) "@optusnet.com.au or @tpg.com.au" something like that. If thats the case you should have also been given an amount of website space.
My website [link] - if you type it in and go to it.. if you can see where the webpage is loading in web browser you will see it is actually using optusnet.com.au as its anchor - meaning that I am using my own webspace that optus has provided me. So what ever ISP you are using they should have given you web space.
In regards to the .tk at the end of wbphotography - this is a web address redirection site which will shorten the - [link] - the webpage redirection page link is [link] - I hope this doesn't confuse you too much LOL
This is option 1.
Option 2.
Web Hosting. - this can be expensive for some people but its also a great way to get your own name up on the web and search engines like google or yahoo. If you google webhosting you will get a whole lot of companies that do it. If you were take this option, there are a variety of ways you manage your website.
1. you can design the page and name your site address accordingly - for example - www.apro3d.com - in other words you come up with the design of your webpage and you upload all html coding and stuff up to the server if your webhost and manage your work that way.
2. you pay a web designer to design your page - a web designer can be your best friend or your worst nightmare in regards to design - being an artist you will want it your way and some designers will want to counter and design it their way which will cause you a bit headache - so I suggest you find a friend that design you a page with all your work on it - even using own your fonts
A web designer - can also web host your site, so all this can incorporated in one neat package.
By the way designing my web site was easy - google adobe lightroom - this neat program is what i used to create my website - lightroom is a digital post production program for digital photographers - this is where I work on tweaking my photos. But this program has a beautiful web page design option in it - but this is only for still photographs and designs. You would need to convert your designs to JPEG
Well, I hope this helps you. There isn't much else to it really
I opted for the 1st only because im still an amateur no where near a pro - I would rather wait till Im pro and pay someone to manage my website
Anyway have a search online - this is one I found - [link]
