Stuff I do: I love working on photo manipulations especially on photos of friends and family. ^_^ It makes me happy to see their faces light up when they see the completed work. I also play the guitar and piano and I throw in a bit of singing as well =P (I would really love to learn the drums though)...I also do a lot of web design/development since that's what I do for a living...and I also spend a considerable amount of time reading books and learning about new stuff. I am also a history fanatic and I hope that I will live long enough to see the day the time machine gets invented just so that I can watch the pyramids being built or find out how the Stonehenge came into existence =P....oh and did I mention that I LOVE photography? =)

I was in the middle of leaving you a comment and saw your deviation called "Fiery Gaze" ~~ AMAZING.
I thought you had vexed it at first (my lack of sleep is settling in) then I was all "omfg.. this girl is GOD." but your photomanip is soo well. Some of the best i've seen.

mouse for everything.
I've never heard of tablets until just recently when my friend and number one source of inspiration pulled out hers.
are they easier? do you have on?

nope...i use a mouse as well...but that's the thing...it takes me a looong time to finish one drawing or manip with just the mouse...your vexels are so detailed...gosh...u must have a lot of patience =D (Big Grin)

lol they don't take that long..
well nevermind yes they do. I wouldn't have finished half of them if my friends weren't "so jes.. what have you done in PS today.." or "OH the deadline for that contest is coming up" ~ I'm so lazy. lol but no I have no patience.. I guess its the.. drive to see how it looks when its finished.
You know.. you have an idea for an artwork.. and do it.. and it comes out totally different than what you began with in your head? Yeah - that's the only reason why i finish anything..

lol...so true...i tried working on a couple of vexels myself but becuase of lack of time I never got around to working on them until I moved my interest to photo manipulation...Although, i've made a couple of poor attempts at making pop art some time back...its kinda similar to vexel but has a different technique...but yeah...like u said, u get an idea and work on it but it comes out totally different...i seem to get into that dilemma all the time =P (Razz) ...

lol no~ no art school. My friend.. taught me via IM. Well.. she had started then I got inspired and she kinda told me how, and showed me a couple of tuts. But I never do things the right way.. anyway it turned out to be my own kind of way.. annnnd there you go haha~

me?...oh just tutorials here and there...no art school as well although i would really love to go to one... i dunno, i just had to ask whether u went to art school coz the thing that really amazed me was the fact that u could do ur vexels using just a mouse...and ur work looks like its been done by someone who's been doing vexels for a long time! like a pro!...i found it "stresserating" (if that's even a word) =P (Razz) to work with a mouse... =D (Big Grin) ...but other than that...keep up the great work! Dance! Dance! Dance! Dance! Dance!
