uh, make each image last between 100ms and 200ms (milli seconds)and use layers (in photoshop) for each animation sheet and... well... save has gif, look for an animation option and save. Edit later to ajust speed (will be written next to the layers name)
um what else... oh yeah, avoid using tons of color and big images
