Well sometimes people come onto deviantART and don't realize that it's for your art and they just end up posting pictures that they really like. Especially seeing as he can't speak English all that well.
Art thieves are common and I don't think you should be so hard on him. Yeah, he could've hurt some feelings, but no need to wish a horrible death upon him. He said sorry and that should be enough. I mean, that's pretty much all he can really do, right? Just say sorry and hope that it's accepted. And at least he said sorry instead of being an ass about it.
