Life's OK. But being on holidays is weird. I'd love to work everyday a bit. Would make me appreciate the free time more. Been taking a lot of photos. Oye's flatmate offered me a job as a 'staff photographer' in some TigerTiger club nights. I guess I'll try it. We did a shoot there yesterday for some flyers. Girls in tiny school uniforms. It was quite naughty looking business...heheh. but fun.
Today I was taking shots in the Citymoves for the Capeira society. Shot on both digital and film. The digital ones seem to be allright, but I'm sure the real gems -if I have any- are in the film roll. I shot Ilford Delta 3200 for the first time. Without flash of course. I guess the results are gonna be pretty grainy. the 50mm lense worked much better with 1v. For 20D the focal lenght is too big for that kinda indoors.
So I'm basically enjoying the holidays, although I wouldn't mind getting away. too skint though. I must have spent something like 900 quid on equipment during the last month or so.
I'll head to Coventry on Thursday for three days for the Amnesty conference, so I'll get at least a little break from Aberdeen. Should be fun.
