Skies of Arcadia is on Dreamcast and GameCube
Grandia II is on Dreamcast, GameCube, and Steam
Final Fantasy VII is on Playstation and the remastered version will be on PS4 I think (when it's released), I'm sure you're familiar with the Final Fantasy series.
