*sigh* The ones in question were e-mailed to me by a member of the forum who said they made them. That member has been permentantly banned, and ALL emotiocons have been deleted from the database--including the ones I added myself which I [i]did[/i] ask for.

It would be nice for people to ask nicely in e-mail before flaming someone's DA page. I mean, come on.

That wasn't a flame, and just before I noted you I went to you site and saw an emote I myself had created, so, erm, I do not understand you story one bit, except for some lame buck passing.

I only notified you, perhaps you should be nicer and enquire before wetting your pants over it!

Yes, but you notified me on my main DA page, instead of just setteling the matter privatly. There's a difference.

It's not buck passing. I had just hit the wrong off switch in the settings. I have sincerly apologized to everyone, though all I did was unzip the file I was sent and uploaded. I don't travel much on DA, and was unaware the emoticons came from here. The person who sent them said they had made them. I have banished that person and taken full responcibility, and tried to offer as much reimbursement as I can. I am ashamed for what happened, and will in the future take greater measures to prevent such an occurance.

What more does everyone want? I could always delete the forums and my DA account?

I for one wasn't looking to shower you in brimestone, I just left a polite nudge (because it was a few people involved) There is no need to worry, it was obviously an (honest) mistake, and since you changed it around it is ok!

I for one do not mind people using my emoticons with permission, I just don't want someone trying to profit off them!

So, you can keep my emoticon on there (if you want of course...)

While the emoticons didn't move to the tempest-night.com domain (website to be set up once I get my lapptop back and everything re-installed) I've asked a few people nicely for permission to use the emoticons within the domain name, including the forums, which can be located at [link]

There is an emoticon thread in the Forum Development board which I"ll be listing all borrowed images, as well as a link to their DA account, website, or e-mail address.

The main website will have right click, and most likely highlighting, disabled in case anyone would be curious. I know there are a few here within the community who disallow their emoticons to be used for that reason. People taking them off others sites. Hopefuly, it will work to protect my own art (Arg I really need to post some new stuff and get out with my camera more!) as well as anyone else's art. (Plans are already in motion to begin a art team of sorts, with the studio provinding some really awesome services.)
