Oh, were they? It was hard to decide between so many poems, actually. :D (Big Grin) But I chose a few that I subjectively perceived as most poetic and the imagery of which I found especially memorable ("a star that fell right to my city"; "in the shower of petals I weep"; "from thin lips a hushed "goodbye"" etc. etc.).

Hi there. How's it going? We haven't talked in a while. :) (Smile)

Some news from my camp. First, I'm going on a date today. But you know how my dates are. :D (Big Grin) We're gonna do investment analysis and management homework together. But, yeah, the girl seems nice.

Second thing. I've watched Megamind with my bro the other day. A cool movie. Also, I finally watched Autumn in New York (I wanted to see this movie for a long time) with Winona Ryder (oh yeah :D (Big Grin) ). It was nice. Though, my bro only said he liked the girl.

Also, I forgot to tell you I've read Punch, brothers, punch. I know it may sound insensitive but I got a good laugh out of it. So thank you again for recommending it. :) (Smile)

An another thing. You know what is ironic? My bro is a musician and I'm by far not :D (Big Grin) but somehow I've managed to win a glass of kvass (but it was carbonated, synthetic, though still nice) in karaoke 2 out of 3 times whereas he has won nothing. We decided it is probably because I put up a show.

This reminds me of a funny thing that happened in karaoke when I first came. I asked the organizers: "So I figure cursing is allowed?" - "No, no cursing, you'll be kicked out" - "But this is that kind of a song [Break stuff]" - "Oh well, you can't throw words out of a song but you can't go on stage and tell everybody to go f**k themselves." :D (Big Grin)
