1. I had the skirt made attached to the top
2. I cut a slit up the back of the dress
3. I sewed the two sides
4. Ok here is were it gets tricky
I took the corners of the bottom and pulled them up
if you do this correctly you will get almost a cinderella
type puff
5. I just tucked in the sides
I recommend you do this draping on a model/mannequin
