Regardless that, it's delightful to meet a fan fiction writer like myself, too! Thanks so much for the kind words; I feel quite flattered! And, I highly recommend that you try seeing Blood+ and Flame of Recca; they're such fine anime themselves!

As for Code Geass, ah, well my love for Lelouch is absolute! I don't know why, but he drew me in the moment he first spoke, I think, hahaha. I've yet to give the fandom a try, though. I'm a huge fan of LelouchC.C., but both characters are so difficult to figure out sometimes!

Oh, thanks for the invite! I was just about to join that one, too. Side characters don't get as much love as I think they should, and I'm most glad someone shares my perspective on the matter!

Well, I forgive you, seeing I'm kinda dead here as well. I owe so many replies *Guilty*.

We fanfic writers are a huge species, I believe, dominating many corners of the world. Why, the girl next next to me is a fanfic writer as well (though that's why I'm currently with her). That aside. Ah, Blood+, I got the manga (and haven't read it yet), but is the anime better than the manga? Flames of Recca is such a long manga!

Lelouch is the first main character I ever liked, and that is something to say. Though it's really a love-hate relationship when it comes to him, not the pure, undiluted love I feel for some guys. Who doesn't love LelouchC.C.? I do too. I was thinking of doing a Code Geass AU, but I'm not too sure I can handle them alright, and there's a writer's block...D:

Ah, that's okay; I feel your pain, haha. Coming back to find a stack of messages to reply to is quite... intimidating, lol.

I don't know many fan fiction writers personally, but me and my online friends who are also at the business try to meet up. (We're living in the same country, of course!) I've met two of them a year ago, and it was a load of fun; we spent most of the time talking about what we're doing. I'm actually trying to expand my borders; I'm arranging this expensive meetup with my online wife in Hong Kong this Christmas, hahaha. It's almost ridiculous, but we'll try and see how we fare! Hell, if we can even do it in the first place! (=

I've never seen the manga of Blood+, so I really can't say. Regardless, plot and character development-wise, Blood+ definitely owns.

As for Flame of Recca, well I'm not really into the manga of anything, haha, so... The anime is delightful, though, and quite intense. If the manga can't keep your attention long enough, I'm sure the anime can!

I know! LelouchC.C. is just so hard to write! I've been to CGFFN trying to sift through fan fictions there; I really would love to read any good in-character portrayal of the romance between those two. Sadly I don't think anything's really caught my attention, which is surprising, since almost everyone in the fandom is writing about LelouchC.C. Ehrm.
