So at first, you still have some miscats in your gallery like

Which belongs under manipulation. There are few of those, so you should really go through those and move them.
Any image where you do more then just editing colours, light/darkness (practically everywhere you add something) have to be put under manipulation.
I like that your gallery is really tidy and it also doesn't have too many deviations.
I wouldn't display so many comment on the user page, because then people have to scroll a lot, and thats not the most fun thing to do.
I think that with the photomanips, you probably also lack some credits, or where did you get all the brushes etc. from? (for example here [link] )
Not all, but most people want to be credited when their brushes are used.
I also think that you could enhance your manips by not using brushes but stock images, because it will look more real. Brushes are fine for little things, but most of the time don't work for half the picture.
You do have the models permission for the manipulations though, right?
Anyways, to your photography: I do like your experiments with the light, I think you could improve on composition a little, try always to think about the shapes on your images.

I know I'm missing a couple of credits at the moment; generally because they aren't from dA, I have sent e-mails to them all saying that I've used the brushes giving them a link, and if they want crediting where do they want to be credited!
I'm just starting to incorporate stock images a little more in my work, I think I'm starting to bracnch my manipulations a little now, the ones with a lot of brush work tend to be more of a fantasty theme where realism isn't too vital, the things which are more realistic are going to be using stock images.
And I have the model's permission for all of the manipulations

that's great, I would advise you to use dA brushes, then it is easy to know about the credits, and just make sure you have them for the next images, I'd say crediting is always better, even if its not mandatory.
Okay I just had noted that the models aren't stock and some people just use any images, so I wanted to make sure
