If not find "Toulouse Street." i think it fits you and your art perfectly. There is/was a Toulouse street in New Orleans, was there for Marti Gras... it isnt on bourbon street but it is truly a MYSTIC PLACE.

Not too much up here! I just had work like usual. Actually, not so bad today. I'm the supply petty officer for my command and it was strangely quiet all day. Had a good workout after, and now I'm poking around dA waiting on my laundry. Pretty exciting right? Hah. Doing anything fun this weekend?

Yes I am. Sorry, I kind of find myself using military terms all the time without realizing it. It's less of a job and more of a culture I think.

Well, you are constantly surrounded by it, and it's unlike anything else. It's impossible to explain to civilians, just as explaining some foreign culture is impossible to explain to someone. You live it, every day. We speak in a weird language of acronyms and Navy speak going back to the 1600s.
I like it here quite a bit, but my past command was a little more rough. Depends on the day, I guess -- just like any job.
