what brand is your phone? the name should be on the phone itself
for example, mine is samsung tracfone(actuall spelling by the company), and comes with an unchangeable browser
meaning i could not change it if i wanted to
if it is an older phone, most likely you cannot change the browser, as it is more-or-less built in
but if it is new, you can usually change the browser

alright, kyocera is a good phone, and t-mobile is not a bad service
with most newer kyocera phones, Chrome is the browser installed, so look for

a browser is an app that lets you view websites and such
so i have no idea what the blue earth browser is
if it's a big blue E, it's internet explorer, the worst of the most common browsers
if it's an orange fox partly wrapped around a blue globe, it's firefox, a less safe but more flexable browser
and if it's a circle made of green red and yellow bars, with a blue dot in the middle, that is Google Chrome, a far more safe, if more sluggish, browser
if you showed me a screenshot with your browser and it's name (hover the mouse over the icon) i can look it up and see how good it is, and if it has adblock available as an extension
