Almost everything: I've been plagued by an X11 bug and couldn't use Firefox for some weeks, see e.g http://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=423740#c15 β hence my slow responding. How about you?

Oh no worries, I know how that goes. I been doing great became a "biological" father (at last) about 8 months ago. And busy taking care of some health issues other than that enjoying this new world we live in.

hola
hey I'm mexican from mexico, there are japaneses from japan, spaniards from spain... Holandeses from holland.. and ?? BΓ©lgas from BΓ©lgica!

...Dutch people from the Netherlands (where North-Holland and South-Holland are two of the ten or so provinces, the two most densely populated I think) and Belgians from Belgium.
I've been told that in Spanish it's "YanquΓs de los Estados Unidos", is that true? Or should one say "estadosunideses", "estadosunidienses" or something? Of course "Americanos" is improper, since Mexicans (mejicanos) are also from the Americas.

for Estadounidenses (it's right without S in ESTADOS) there are slang words,
Yanquis, gringos (green - go: green the colour of dollar - GO , "go out") and the so famous word "gabachos". slang words for some other countries I don't remember I think there aren't just for spaniards: Gachupines (don't know why ). for asian people, mexican almost call "chino" to every asian . About America and americanos... the estadounidense is the only one thinking it's right: AmΓ©rica = U.S.A. Americano = human from U.S.A.
have you ever thought visit AmΓ©rica? (chile, mΓ©xico, argentina, brasil, colombia or some other ) ?

Thanks for the info.
About visiting the Americas... I don't think I ever will. It's not really in my budget, and I don't like planes (or hydrofoils for that matter) where everything is cramped, starting with the seats. Give me a good old ship any time (but, oh, the cost! for a transatlantic cruise) or even a train, where for a decent price I can get a couchette and be rocked to sleep by the tack-tack of the wheels.

mmmm but a train to America ... ? I don't know ok ok
12 hrs from Paris to Mex
yes.. . I would like visit Euro again I did it when it was cheaper but now... is very very hard and expensive the budgets.
but remember: mex is too cheap to you, EUR - MXP conversion is 10 times your money! (18 times)
