# About me
Graduated from the American Academy of Art in 1989. From there, I stippled my way into the commercial field working for a few Chicago agencies. I've been doing my fantasy art since 1990 and started freelancing for FASA in 1991. My first painting for publication was in 1992 for FASA's Jake Falcon Sourcebook. I was hired as a full time illustrator for FASA in the fall of 1992. My work can be found in Shadowrun, MechWarrior, and EarthDawn. I was hired as a full-time artist with TSR as well. Later, was hired by the Wizards of the Coast as a artist for Magic and the Potter cards. I have done covers for Birthright (D&D) as well.Current Residence: Woodstock, Illinois

Hey man, I'm wondering how do you pronounce your name? When I request MTG Islands with your art at the card shop I never know what to say for the name when they ask lol. My favorite Island in the game is your art from the Onslaught set, so I tend to buy a good amount.

Dear Mr. Tony,
I am so astonished to find your art after years. In 2000 when I bought the Birthright Boxed Set, I was looking for your art in internet and couldnt find any 
I was so impressed by your art in Birthright Boxed Set cover , which was the "thing" for me to buy that setting. The cover art was so detailed, yet was like a photograph of sorts (I'm sorry Im no artist, so cannot find the suitable words to describe "like a photograph") . I learned later that you drew for FASA also; Battletech is the setting I like most and was also surprised to find your art there too
I wish the best of luck for you and want to say that I like your art very much.

Yes, it is all done by hand, I don't use Painter X.

Well I thank you!!! Yeah I never made the transition to digital. I still paint traditionally. I like the idea of having a finished piece of art, instead of something on a disc.

Very true. Several people (including myself, sadly) seemed to have transferred their ways of creating art by using digital technology. I guess there's nothing wrong with that but it's just so cool to see people who stick by tradition. I find that the traditional way also requires more skill, so again, kudos to you.
