You've got some amazing stuff on your page. Most of your pictures look like they come straight from the cover of a recipe book. I love that you post your recipes with your pictures. Makes it more accessible. Even though they're in Italian (I believe) google translate does a great job translating some of them and it actually makes me want to try

Too many people think cooking is just following the recipe, forgetting that it's an art just as any other. Without feeling behind a dish it's as meaningless as a slab of fast food. I can tell you take great pride and care in each you make down to the placement of the fruit or garnish.
