The problem with android is that because each phone that it's on has a different resolution, its impossible to make a wallpaper that would fit each and every phone.

Yes, but in order to do that, it requires programming knowledge in order to get all the parts to be adjustable like that, and I'm not a programmer, I'm just using photoshop.

Hmm, interesting. I thought the apps can make them like stretch automatically, just like you can automatically do the same like on Windows. Older phones tend to be in lower resolution, last year was middle end and today now HD.
