other people are responsible for their actions alone, that other people violate dA's terms of service doesnt give you a warrant to do the same. either you follow the Terms of Service, or you simply dont join dA, it's that simple...
dA is to share your own made art with other artists, not to randomly spam with internet pictures that should be on photobucket...

People created them themselves and they became popular on the internet. Image searches choose the most viewed image with similar tags to your search to show. Everything is made by someone, and every copy is stolen.
Please remove all stolen images or you will be reported. This is your final warning.
