# About me

I did not go to school for art and I actually have zero training. I didn't even get to take art in high school because the school was too small to offer it. I paint because I enjoy it but I rarely come up with a unique idea. Most of what I paint has been described to me by someone more creative than me. I think in pictures and when I hear a story I see it too I cannot really write stories but my hands can create what my mind can see. To that end I have found a niche. The RPG world is full of stories with vibrant color and rich detail. I listen in and I paint. Until recently I primarily used water colors because of the paints they take up the least space. I switched to digital in Mar of 2019 because I needed something that translated to pdf and web viewing without so much lost detail. I am still getting the hang of it. I currently illustrate fantasy art for an RPG magazine. I also make costumes for cons and Halloween and I sculpt a little too.
